Early this year we were very lucky to have one of Britain's most talented contortionists join our team at Shuffles. Jennifer's acrobatic class has quickly become one of the most popular classes we have. This class combines stretching and limbering movements to improve flexibility and control whilst teaching gymnastic and acrobatic moves.
