Kerry Chilvers

Kerry started dancing at the age of 6 with the Hawkes school of dancing. At 21 she moved to Footsteps stage school where she completed her first associate in Tap.

Kerry went on to open Shuffles School of Dance in October 2001. Shuffles was initially intended to run on a Saturday morning however, filled up quickly and Kerry had to add more classes during the week so more people would be able to benefit from the experience she could offer.

Shuffles is still growing and is one of the most popular schools in the East End of London. Kerry trains students in the theatre subjects of Tap, Ballet, Theatre Craft, Contemporary Modern Jazz, Freestyle and Acrobatics with a 100% pass rate for examinations and always ensuring all students are trained to an excellent standard.   Kerry also trains other dance teachers in all theatre subjects so that they can go on to deliver quality dance teaching themselves.  Kerry trained for years under the watchful eye of Miss Yvonne Gout - Former president of the IDTA, and she now continues to train with IDTA examiner Alison Plummer.  Kerry is also a qualified teacher with Acrobatic Arts and Alixa Flexibility.

Paige Lockwood

Paige grew up with a performing arts background.  She started dancing with Italia Conti at the tender age of 3 years which led to her gaining a scholarship whilst at secondary school.

From there Paige went on to study at the prestigious Brit School. Paige continued her dance studies at a performing arts University where she took DDI and DDE dance teaching qualifications,  naturally passing with flying colours.

Paige has had the privilege of dancing and performing in some amazing venues, but her favourites have been performing in the West-End, and she was honoured to have been chosen to perform in the opening ceremony of the London Olympics.

Paige brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Shuffles and we are delighted that she has joined our team.

Molly Radford

Molly joined Shuffles as a very shy 3-year-old, but in no time at all Molly’s talent for dancing shone through. Molly has been our youngest dancer to complete all her grade examinations; completing all grades in tap, ballet, modern jazz and theatre craft by the age of just 15.  Throughout her dancing years at Shuffles, Molly has participated in many shows and events, and in competition, she always gained excellent results, consistently adding to her medal and trophy collection.
Molly has gained distinction in all her dance grades, and has now completed professional dance examinations and Diploma 4 in Tap and Ballet and, as always, passing each with distinction. She is continuing with her dance education and will soon complete diploma 4 in all theatre subjects. Molly is also a qualified Acrobatic Arts Teacher and Progressing Ballet Technique.
Molly is a popular and inspiring teacher who works extremely hard to ensure that all her students achieve their full potential.

Amy French

Amy joined Shuffles when she was just 11 years old.

From a young age Amy proved to be a very promising young dancer, always coming top of her class in exam results and gaining many medals in festivals.

Amy completed all her grade examinations with excellent results and went on to complete her Intermediate tap in 2012 gaining an excellent 86%.

Amy has now gained her freestyle associate and is on her way to completing her associate in Tap. Amy is a very popular teacher whose students always achieve excellent exam results, themselves.
